Built the boat in 80's from blueprints, so I know all the systems. sailing since 1970, raced TORC in the 80's & 90's. (foredeck on a 60-ft sloop, crossings from Galveston to Vera Cruz and return in a tropical depression, and from Galveston to Progresso, Helped deliver a 48' sloop from St. Petersburg to Galveston during winter storms. Crewed on a 65' trimaran from Colon Panama, thru the canal to Chiapas, MX, and a 30' trimaran from Ensenada to Santa Cruz. I have sailed Vital spirit in the Gulf of Mexico, and from San Diego to Redwood City in the bay area, and returned to San Diego, and three trips from San Diego to Avalon and return.
