Sailed form the age of 7. This yacht has been in the family for 37 years so I know her intimately. Ocean crossings Fiji - Tasmania via New Caledonia - Coffs Harbour. Tasman Sea from Hobart to Nelson New Zealand - Yacht delivery from Brisbane to Sydney - Countless cruising coastal sailing around Tasmania and New Zealand coastal passages.
5 years keel yacht racing experience and small amount of dinghy racing as well as 14 foot catamaran adventuring.

Boat descriptionNew Raymarine electronics, plotter with Navionics, depth/wind/log/, Autopilot, AIS, Radar, VHF and HF radios + Handheld VHF, EPIRB, Iridium Go for weather with Predict Wind. New Survitech 4 person 24+ life raft, 2x life rings (one with dan buoy and auto light ), jack lines on decks. Barometers x2 + 1 digital. Harnesses/PFD's worn on deck at night and in rough conditions, PFD's at all other times outside of cockpit. Storm rig (tri-sail and or staysail). Hyrdrovane wind steering. Rig is cutter with double slab reef main, furling jib/genoa (jib for crossings) and staysail. Boom bag for mainsail. Self tailing headsail winches. Assy Spinnaker. All new sails (except Tri-sail) 4x bilge pumps: two whale, one off diesel engine and one electric. Previous crossings averaged 5.5miles p/h...7-8 on beam reach, 5-6 upwind, 6 downwind + surf?? Low hour Beta Marine 3 cylinder diesel, regularly and recently serviced.
