I am a retired fire captain from the Boise Fire Department where I worked for 28 years. My specialty was water and dive rescue. I have led numerous groups on difficult adventures over the years and am pretty sold with conflict resolution and group decision-making. I am happy to provide references.

You won't be disappointed
I spent 10 days on board Mah Na Mah Na and would recommend the experience to anyone. The yacht is kitted out superbly and is the height of comfort and relaxation with ensuite facilities in each cabin, tons of fresh and hot water and acres of room both below and on top. I had five wonderful full days and nights on the ocean sailing from Gibraltar to the Canaries with Greg and 3 other great people. Greg is a great skipper and one of the nicest people you will meet. He is very knowledgeable and practical in lots of things beside sailing and seamanship. He is extremely serious about safety and would never put anyone at risk. The extra skills you may learn from him will be valuable and useful in the future. He is fare, fun and relaxed but will expect you to do your share and be professional when called upon. Unfortunately, I cannot make the trip across the Atlantic due to other commitments but would have relished being part of the crew - I envy those that are. My only regret was not meeting his lovely family. Good luck and my recommendation is - GO FOR IT !!
