Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Competent Crew or Mile building position

Hello,
I spent most of my childhood summers sailing in Baltic sea. I love sailing and would love to do more of it. I don’t have any official licenses but a lot of practical experience as crew. I am currently taking a sabbatical so have time and freedom. Looking mainly for island hopping in tropical destinations.
