Deckhand\host. Cruiser, mile builder or boat sitter position
I have been a Med sailor for many years and sail locally in Dorset too. I have just returned from a 5-month sail in East Caribbean and hope to return at some point. In the meantime I and interested in short or long-term trips to build experience. I have a good technical understanding of boats gained through my work and prioritise safety above all else. I don’t drink and would prefer not to sail with crew/skippers who are more than occasional/social drinkers. Easygoing, good fun, no special dietary requirements. I don’t play guitar and I’m not trying to find my authentic self but I do cook a mean Shanghai curry. I aim to build enough confidence to take my Yachtmaster practical and commercial license later in 2024.
