Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Mile building position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Mile building. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!

I am based in Germany and would love to find some sailing opportunities in Europe. Would love to learn and pickup tips and tricks as I work towards my RYA Day Skipper and ICC.

Vinney, as I called him, is very interested in sailing and has given a lot of commitment to his training. He grasped the fundamentals and improved very well throughout the week. He is friendly and active in boat duties. I wish all the success for the future.
