Looking for a Friendship, Competent Crew or Voluntary work position

I don't have a resume or a long list of references. I will try to compile a couple.
I will set your anchor, scrape your hull, cook, clean, do minor repairs etc. I don't want to sit all day so I'm always looking for something to do. I love to dance, hike, or work in someones' garden. I'm always game for snorkelling, diving, hiking, fishing, building. I look for opportunities to volunteer to help locals wherever I go.
At this point in my life, I do have some physical limitations. My thumbs aren't great and limit my grip strength. I'm happy to do night watch but I can't do more than about 4 hours as I fall asleep no matter how beautiful a night it is. Pain is a constant companion however it doesn't usually slow me down.
I'm very much into snorkelling and diving, and at this moment I'm really looking for opportunities in coral rich areas. In 2024 I spent a month in Raja Ampat, West Papua crewing on a Wharram cat which was the trip of a lifetime. I still consider myself an amateur sailor but I take direction well and I'm told that I have a 6th sense about danger. I am very safety aware and like to make sure all the gear is safe and safety drills are practiced.
I am my 93 year old dad's main support so I'm looking for shorter trips like a few weeks. My 4 siblings will cover for me when I'm gone but if something serious happens, I may have to return to Canada earlier than expected.
