Looking for a Medical Staff or Competent Crew position. Without commitment, nothing happens
Hi Folks, I'm Sandra from Barcelona (Spain). I´ m a Physician ( Oncologist) and I´m in love with the sea.
I´ ve taken a gap year for sailing. Oncologist on a gap year.
I'm looking forward to meeting new people for sailing and new adventures
At this time my sailing abilities have been increased to assure you a safe ( and fun ) trip.
My personal qualities : I am empathetic, good listener, curious, polite, organized and persistent.
Qualifications:
- Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo with would be the same as skipper (the rank below Captain)
- Basic Safety Training STCW A-VI/1.
- Specific Initial training for Health STCW A-VI/4.
- Advanced Life Support Course European Resuscitation Council Course.
I don't get dizzy and I´m able to be on watch day and night. I am looking for sailboats in which contribute my attitude, my medical knowledge and my collaboration in the tasks on board in exchange for keep learning and improving my skills.
I speak Spanish, Catalan and English.
Sailing on the Mediterranean sea this summer will be good but i´m open minded so waiting for your proposals!
