Hi! I’m Javier a dedicated Waterman with a strong passion for the ocean and over a decade of experience across multiple disciplines on and off the water.

• Watersports Instructor – Certified and passionate about kitesurfing, diving, wing foiling, and e-foiling. I love sharing the stoke and teaching guests or crew.
• Filmmaker & Content Creator – I capture professional level content for social media or private memories, adding real value for owners, guests, or charter companies.
• Strong Deck & Mate Skills – From mooring and anchoring to guest service and tender driving. I’m a quick thinker, hands-on, and always ready to adapt.
• Team Player with Positive Energy – I thrive in dynamic environments, stay calm under pressure, and bring good vibes and work ethic to the crew dynamic.
Currently available and open to both freelance and long-term roles as deckhand, mate, or watersports guide on adventurous, active yachts. I’m especially drawn to vessels that appreciate a healthy, active lifestyle and value initiative, creativity, and professionalism.
