Currently in Brazil, looking for sailing opportunities
Hi there, I'm Alessio!
I'm currently in Brazil and I'm looking for sailing opportunities in south america. Early this year I crossed the Indian Ocean. We sailed non stop, shorthanded, on a performance catamaran (ORC50). Took us 26 days to cross from Darwin (AUS) to Durban (SA), covering 5953nm.
I'm currently in a sabbatical, sailing and travelling around the world.
I have been sailing for several years on different kind of monohulls and multihulls sized between 40ft and 55ft.
I have experience in night passages and shifts, I love to cook and I'm used to crew life.
I speak fluent Italian (native), English and a good French.
I'm a mountain enthusiasts and a passionate freeskier.

Alessio was a great help with sailing and cooking. He was always there when you needed assistance, keen on learning everything about the boat. He is able to steer in all conditions, works on the foredeck and mast. A great pleasure and after two weeks we could go on together if not the work at home is calling.
