Yachtmaster Ocean looking for a Captain, O.O.W, Mate, or Delivery Crew positions
Yachtmaster (Ocean) and MCA Master 200/OOW 500 available for short or longer-term assignments.
I am also a RYA Yachtmaster Cruising Instructor for Sail and welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others, or work as part of the crew and contribute to the overall well-being and success of the team
I have all the relevant STCW certificates (First Aid, Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting, Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Security Awareness, Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD), Advanced Firefighting, Medical First Aid, and Medical Care) as well as Powerboat Level 2, Personal Watercraft (PWC), SRC/VHF and GOC (GMDSS General Operator Certificate), and a current ENG 1 Seafarer Medical Certificate. I have also completed the MCA Approved Engine Courses AEC1 & AEC2.
I have dual nationality (New Zealand and British), B1/B2 visa for the US, and am happy to travel anywhere in the world for the right opportunity.

Great guy & professional sailor
Sailed with Rob on an Atlantic Crossing last year on a Neel 51. Rob is a great personality to have on board, creating a really good vibe & with plenty of interesting stories. As a sailor he is very meticulous & 100% knows what he is doing. You're lucky if the applies to sail your ship or be on board with you. Hope to sail with him again in the future!
