Looking for a Chef position
Hi,
I’m Pawel, Chef from Poland with 10+ years of experience, has been trained in all areas of the kitchen including butchery, pastry, larder. Used to work as a Sous chef in the Michelin star restaurants in London and looking for temporary/permanent position as a Chef on the charter/private yachts.
My first assignment as a private Chef was at the private villa, in South of France. My first position was on 150+ metres M/Y as a Sous Chef, followed by the temporary 3rd Chef position on 110 M/Yacht. Sous Chef role on 95+ metres yacht for over year and a half. Recent experience gained on charter yachts.
Motivated, calm, helpful, hard working and easy going person with ‘’Can do’’ approach and sense of humour. Getting along easily with people, great team player but can work unsupervised. My previous work experience indicates my abilities to work under stress and efficiency.
