Crew/Friendship position. Ready for the right yacht! Being onboard boats is my Happy Place!
I'm interested in sailing as Crew/Friendship. Sailing, Passages, and/or relaxed cruising, anchoring and some ports Experiencing varying cultures is always appealing.

References available. For years, I have lived in Thailand sailing my 2010 Jeanneau 36i, in south-east Asia (SEA). Within Thailand I liveaboard for extended times, and mostly sail solo. In SEA - sailing with friends as well. An additional approx 15,000 nm.
My desire is to see and sail in many more places around the globe.
I am organised, easy to be with, tidy, conscientious, mindful of others. Onboard, I would expect shared duties for sailing, deck duties, night watches, navigation, galley, cooking, and cleaning.
Kindly contact for more information. Thank you.
Lots of experience and good on a fast paced delivery
Journey: a successful Mediterranean trip from Zakinthos Greece to Calvi Corsica approximately 800nm from 20 June to 7 July, 2022. Only Lori and I onboard. Lori was able to join at short notice, provisioning same evening as boarding, and receiving only a very brief orientation of the boat before departure the next morning. As Lori owns her own sailing boat, and has also crewed on other boats including monos and catamarans, and a FP Saona like mine, she has an innate understanding of the boat workings. Lori has the experience and skills to be trusted with handling the boat. She can plan and navigate, helm, and operate the sails with ease. She can be left on watch alone, including night watch, and has the knowledge/ capability to monitor the conditions, and adjust in the operation or navigation of the boat. SV Alectryon is equipped with a main sail, a genoa, gennaker, Code 0, and both manual and electric winches. Detailed, distinctive navigation monitoring systems at helm and Nav station. We used all of the equipment during this trip. Lori has a very positive, practical attitude. She proactively assists with sailing and on-deck duties as well as with the general running of the boat - provisioning, cleaning and cooking. It was a pleasure having Lori onboard, and I would not hesitate to have her crew again for future journeys.
