Italian chef with experience, stew/deck & diver
I’m an Italian chef and sailor with an endless passion for the sea. Many seasons of experience on sailing boats of various sizes and types, from sailing luxury yachts working for the jet-set to classic rigged ships, to expedition vessels in Arctic and Antarctic waters. I propose a Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Eastern flavors. I master Italian cuisine and can bake bread, pizza, focaccia and make fresh pasta. Polite manners, elegant attitude, easy going and friendly company. Hard worker. All papers and maritime certificates up to date. Can occasionally work as steward. Confident on deck. Keen sailor with thousands of miles offshore experience, including multiple ocean passages in rough latitudes. Professional diver and freediver. Love water sports, particularly spearfishing and surfing. PLEASE NOTE: in order to guarantee an attentive and truly careful service, I accept to work on boats with a maximum capacity of 12 guests per time.
