Experienced crew available in Europe for May
Hi! I'm Jeanette, an experienced and reliable sailor from Sweden who is looking for an additional crew opportunity in Europe this May. I have sailed Mediterranean last fall and most recently Caribbean and the Paciifc. A few weeks back in Sweden makes me long for more sailing before my summer job season starts.
I have sailed as crew before (including Atlantic crossing, racing and charter), used to open seas and quite handy at fixing things. In total, I have about 10,000 nm, of which more than half as skipper and I have sailed with lots of different people, but also been a liveaboard. I think the important thing is to feel that you are compatible as people, can have fun together and have similar thoughts about safety, boats and sailing, as well as a curiosity to explore and experience things. For me, it is also important that the boat is well maintained and that the skipper is sufficiently experienced. Happy to sail with a couple, a family or otherwise a mixed crew of at least somewhat experienced sailors (at least for longer passage). Preferably somewhat same ages (30-55 years). Not looking for work/paid positions nor to be paying crew. Look forward to join and contribute on your adventure!
