Looking to gain more experience on a sailboat
I have worked on Tug Boats for 7 years. I was an AB. Beside normal line handling, maintenance and standing watches my duties also included cooking dinner every other day for the 7 crew on my vessel. I have had a 28 days on and 14 days off schedule. I also had a 56 days on and 28 off schedule. May of 2017 I took ASA 101, 103, 104 courses in the BVI and loved every minute of it. July of 2017 II raced a tall ship in the Baltic Sea as a trainee. I think I was a pirate in a former life. I want to continue to learn to sail.
Most recently I have been in AZ helping out my aging mother. With a little bit of notice I can make arrangements to be gone for a week or 2.
