Looking for a captain / chef position with my husband
Good day,
I am Selma, 30 years old, French.
I am originally holder of a master degree in hospitality & tourism management, I developed a deep vision of service. After 2 years in charge of the french market for a german start-up, I refurbished a 30 foot sailboat and sailed from Marseille to Rio de Janeiro with my husband.
I have a very dynamic personality and I take over challenges ; I gathered a large range of technical and practical skills within the tourism and the yacht industry. I have 3 seasons experience on yacht of different sizes, from sailboat to motor yacht. I am highly organised, efficient and autonomous. I am looking for a long term position to manage a boat up to 100 foot with my husband.
I recently followed a 2 months intensive gastronomic training and did my first season as chef on a swan 82. I am currently employed on a swan 98 as chef with my husband as captain.
I would prefer to get a couple position together with my husband, who is a qualified german boat builder and has a master 200GT commercially endorsed.
We are currently based in Palma.
