Dear Captains,
I’m Emil, 38 years old, an underwater photographer, nomad, and ocean/sailing lover, currently in Fiji, looking to sail around Fiji and/or to New Caledonia.
⚓ My Sailing Experience:
In 2019, I crossed the Atlantic on a Bavaria 50 with a crew of 4. I then sailed around the Caribbean on a Swan 50ft for a few months, followed by a voyage on a Lagoon 45 from Curaçao to Colombia, Panama, and across the Pacific with a crew of 6, reaching the Marquesas and Tuamotus. I continued exploring the Tuamotus and Society Islands on a 52ft Jeanneau. Later, I sailed from French Polynesia to New Zealand on a Passport 54, and from NZ to Vanuatu on a 44ft ketch. I spent 3 months cruising the Vanuatu islands before sailing to Fiji on a Dufour 50ft. Then, I spent another 3 months sailing around Fiji on a Proneta 43ft.
Sailing has become my passion and way of life, and I’m always eager to learn more!
What I Can Offer on Board ?
⛵ Night watches, sail trimming, galley duty, anchoring, freediving to check or release the anchor, docking, hull cleaning, and more. Agile and capable in challenging conditions—whether climbing the mast or working under the boat.
?? I love cooking healthy meals—and of course, crepes ! Unrestricted diet.
? Experienced freediver, scuba instructor, and spearfisher (I can bring dinner with my speargun).
? Pro underwater photography and video editing gear.
