Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship, or Mile building position
Hi - My name is Pat. I joined Crewbay right before the pandemic, so I haven't been able to explore a lot its possibilities. However, I had the chance to join a skipper in August '21, my only experience up to now with Crewbay, and be his deckhand for three weeks while crossing the Baltic Sea from Hanko, Finland up to Denmark. I learned a lot!!!! I had just earned my certificate of Coastal Skipper, but with Andor a gained a lot of experience and confidence while sailing.
So, in short: I don't have much experience and I'm not particularly wealthy. But hey, I've got my skills! I can cook, clean the boat, tiller duty so that the captain can rest, fishing, work as a translator and interpreter, and also I can contribute economically if the price is reasonable and within my possibilities. Not to forget the short videoblog I usually do in my trips, which is entertaining and funny (so my instagram followers say!)
I'm not experienced in ocean voyage, but I'm was born and raised in Mallorca. I'm pretty familiar with sailing and fishing boats, and I'm also a quick learner. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship, Voluntary work or Mile building.
I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!

Very positive and always ready.
I had the pleasure to have Pat with me, sailing the east cost of the Baltic from Finland to Denmark, more than 800nm in three weeks. She was very positive person, never seasick, always ready to help and eager to learn. Some rough weather and long passage's but she never complained about anything!
