Biologist with a master in Ecology looking for a Stew/deck position aboard a world cruising expedition vessel
Having a scientific and Academic background in Biology I enjoy sailing to remote itineraries and organizing and leading wild and adventurous activities for guests (drift snorkle, 4x4 jeep adventures, hikes, climbing, excursions, cooking shows, diving, cayaking, etc.). This background also enhanced my critical thinking and spirit and problem-solving skills.
As tango and samba dancer, I also enjoy boosting up the ships/charter mood with a good thematic party, but on the other I also know how to slow down and appreciate quiet moments to practice yoga and talk about mindfulness.
I consider myself being easy going, professional, diplomatic, a team player, hard worker and a good communicator.
My main goal for my careers is to work aboard a world cruising sailing expedition ship.
YACHT SKILLS: Mooring/anchoring/berthing, sail trimming, reefing, watchkeeping and navigation, teak maintenance, brightwork and overall exterior cleaning and polishing. Service, housekeeping and laundry.
