Unprofessional and addicted to alcohol
Shailen was hired on a luxury yacht and worked for 4 months. His food is really good. Unfortunately, he started stealing alcohol from the yacht bar and got extremely drunk while serving the yacht's owners on multiple occasions. Shailen was given multiple chances, warnings and opportunities to get better but he only got worse and his behavior became aggressive, unprofessional towards the yacht's management. Shailen was found passed out with bottles of alcohol all around him multiple times and decided that he doesn't want to work and just slept for days. This lead to his immediate termination. I would not recommend him at all.
