Team looking for a skipper/chef/hostess position
We are Francesca and Matteo, a couple of full-time sailors. During the last year we’ve been managing an Amel 50 from its handover in France to sailing her throughout the Caribbean, where we are now.
We are looking for a job position as a captain and chef couple and we're available worldwide from now.
We have previous experience in private vessels and charters and we have very strong social skills. We are very adaptive and we love meeting new people everyday. We both have experience in sailing, both in coastal waters and off-shore, having 3 ocean crossings and more than 20’000 nm logged each.
We’re both very passionate about cooking ( we’re Italians ;) ) and we have previous work experience in restaurants and bars, both as cooks and waiters as well as behind the bar where we learnt to mix cocktails.
Francesca speaks fluently 4 languages (English, Spanish, French and Italian) and Matteo speaks a fluent English and a good Spanish. He has a degree in mechanics and he’s graduated in Sciences for the environment. We are both passionate about water sports, and we both have licences in both scuba diving and free diving. Matteo is also a very good fisherman.
