11000NM EXPERIENCED RYA YACHTMASTER OFFSHORE - FULL STCW BASIC SAFETY TRAINING - FREEDIVING AND SCUBA DIVING INSTRUCTOR

I’m 33 years old holding a French passport, and looking for opportunities in the Caribbean sea from end of january / beginning of february.
I'll have with me my own sailing gear as well as personal safety equipment including life jacket, harness, AIS beacon unit, torch light, knife etc...

I'll be doing an Atlantic crossing beginning of January on a VOR 70 which I'll help deliver from Lanzarote to Antigua.
From there I have no plans yet, opened to anything really from charter to racing, or just sailing around the Caribbean for fun... What matters to me is to find a way to leave Antigua without having to fly.

I've worked as first mate last summer about 5 months on a spanish flagged Southern Farr 72 on which I sailed around 4000 NM during the season.

I own and live in my sailboat which has to sleep for a while on dry land back in Morocco, but on which I have sailed a bit less than 2000NM some of which single handed, so I'm very used to what's life aboard like and can be.

I'm also a scuba diving instructor as well as freediving instructor and have been working in the tourism industry all over the world for years, so easy going and good with people in general.
I speak fluently English, French, and Spanish, both orally and in writing.

My professional experience plus the fact that I’ve lived in my own vessel for the past 3 years enabled me to acquire good problem solving skills as much for boat maintenance as when it comes to dealing with the customers.
I’m very adaptable, fit, reliable, and I always hold customer service and safety to the utmost priority.
