Preferred: M/Y rotational (but not essential), well equiped galley for high end cuisine.
Exp: 7 Years on M/Y & S/Y. World Wide. Sole chef & Head Chef roles.
Hobbies: Surfing (short board), anything water, reading
Grew up in Asia. Started cooking at 14. Completed culinary training in French and Italian. Owned and operated many western and Eastern restaurants in the past.
Charter & Private Motor and sailing yachts up to 55m, functions at Cannes Film Festival, Monaco GP. Corporate events, Beijing olympics, stadiums, resources camps.
Doing an advanced culinary and pastry course for a month at Gastronomicom, Cap d’Agde in June.
Looking for a permanent role on a large yacht.
