Vigilant practice makes perfect
Hello, I am currently a volunteer in Timor-Leste, interested in sailing back to the US starting October 2019. Whether with one boat or many, I am excited to get more experience sailing before that point and am looking for someone to "show me the ropes." I have an engineering background and would also love to find out about what that kind of job entails on a sailing vessel. I am a hard worker, get along with everyone, and pick things up quickly. SAILING ON CREDO
Stephen came out for a day sail on my 26 foot keeler "Credo" in December 2019. A friendly guy, Stephen quickly adapted to shipboard life while relating well to fellow crew and me as skipper. He got involved in all areas of sailing the boat and wasn't afraid to try anything. I enjoyed having him aboard and wouldn't hesitate in having him aboard again or referring him to any other potential skippers. It was nice to meet you Stephen! Cheers Ian - Skipper "SY Credo".
