Looking for a Novice Crew or Mile building position

Hi. I'm interested in finding a position as an Amateur Crew.
I have a fair amount of coastal sailing experience, having owned a trailer sailor and a fishing launch. I have chartered a few yachts. Now with the kids grown up, I am keen to do some ocean passages. I am an active coastguard volunteer.
I am based in New Zealand, but I'm happy to travel.
