I am currently the Skipper and chef of a 70 foot Sweden Yacht. From November 2015, to date: Caribbean and U.S. East Coast. Winter program. Yachtmaster 200T, Sail
During the last two summers I have skippered an 82' Sunseeker, English South Coast. Yachtmaster 200T, Power.
As a chef, I specialise in French and Japanese cuisine, separately and fusion. Authentic Japanese, Formal French, Pan-Mediterranean, Classical Indian, Fresh Thai, Party Mexican, Fusion Asian.
Strict Vegetarian dishes, gluten-free and vegan. Health and slimming conscious programs arranged and presented. - all with a strong visual emphasis, done to budget.
My cooking genuinely amazes everyone and the range and inventiveness that I bring to bear is truly world class: The owner for whom I work - and all previous owners - vastly prefer to dine aboard than go out to restaurants where they all say the food is not as good as the dishes that I prepare for they and their parties.
I am highly intelligent, socially fluent, courteous and polite.
I sail; I navigate, including astro navigation; I stand watches, I drive tenders. I conduct rescue and recovery, windsurf, water ski, scuba dive & fish.
I am honest and reliable, an asset to all my previous organisations, with letters of reference.
I have the ENG 1 medical. A USA B1 / B2 visa, all well in date.
Sailing experience:-
I have crossed the Atlantic twice, there and back.
Five UK to the Mediterranean deliveries.
Nine Caribbean seasons.
Eight deliveries to or from the Caribbean and the States.
One Arctic season and one Antarctic season.
Nine voyages to the Antarctic peninsular, returns via Cape Horn.
Five Mediterranean seasons.
All, with the exception of some of those Mediterranean seasons, in the last nine years.

October and November 2017, off season, I made two deliveries from Newport Rhode Island. A Little Harbour 62' to Palm Beach. 1200nm. Then, a CNB 76' to the Caribbean, St. Maarten. 1600nm.
I completed (September 2015) two ten-day contracts on two classic 77' gaff ketches for higher end charter. I was the chef. Holyhead to Cowes via the Channel Islands.
Breakfast, two-course lunch and three-course dinners for 16 people. Provisioning included.
July and August, 2015, I piloted Jet drive catamarans. Rescue and recovery patrol to an oil and gas platform. Irish Sea. Contract completed.
In June, 2015, I sailed a classic 52' Fife from Malta to Spetses, Greece. We raced her in the Classic Yacht Race there (1st, 1st, 6th, 3rd and 1st) and then sailed her back to Malta. 1500nm.
From January to April 2015, I was the skipper and chef of a 62 foot sailing catamaran, both charter and private, based in Barbados, cruising the Grenadines and Martinique, Caribbean.
Singlehanded.
Summer 2014, I was the captain and chef for a 72 foot power vessel in Turkey and Greece.
