I have just sold my beloved Roberts 44 Offshore and want to continue sailing. I've sailed around NZ twice on my own on a 22footer, competed to semi pro level, 4 Auckland-Suva, 4 Coastal classics and a gizzillion sea miles cruising the East Coast of NZ and other spots. Approx 30000 ocean miles under my belt now. Im a great mechanic and engineer, good with electrics, a very competent all round handyman builder, fixer and great at problem solving. I don't give up. Competent and sensible sailor. I'm not into racing anywhere any more, just enjoy watching the water run off the transom. I'm not worried where I go or for how long. I don't smoke. I am competent to skipper level. Im easy to get on with and enjoy the open ocean more than anything. Perfectly capable for coastal or offshore deliveries.
