GALLEY MANAGER / ITALIAN CHEF (DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY REGIONAL RECIPES)
"Cambusiera" expert and gentle, is available for August / Sept for crews of friends or families, even with children.
Scrupulous, efficient and careful management of the crew's needs and requirements,
up to 10pax, with delicious menus, tasty but also healthy, not only fresh pastas and mixed salads but also fish filets, meat lean cuts, appetizers, finger food, aperitifs and cakes (if the on-board equipment allows and the cruise permits frequent provision).
I am able and available to assist the docking and mooring if the Skipper/Captain requires me, but I do not have any licenses (the Italian "Patente Nautica") nor certificates or sea-related diplomas, except those mandatory for my main job (please read my CV).
I would preferably exclude the boat cleaning, except the galley of course which is my kingdom and I will always keep it ship-shape and safe.

Required Salary: from 15Dollars/hour to 25Dollars/hour, depending on the tasks (+ transfers)
