Captain Joe
hello!
I'm Joe, Since sailing the Caribbean with my family on our own Leopard 38' a few years back I've been sailing all over the world, my most recent delivery was a Lagoon 450 from Maldives to India return as well as sailing the atolls of The Maldives.
Before that I ran my own surfing/fishing/ cruising charters for two years on a 50' Royal Cape in Maldives and sailed to Sri Lanka return 4 times in that period.
Prior to Maldives I skippered two Atlantic crossings, firstly from Simonstown, SA to St Helena in the Goveners Cup and onto Salvador, Brazil on a 50' Leopard.
I then worked on charter in St Marteen.
The 2nd crossing then from St Marteen to Caiscais, Portugal.
I'm an extremely hard working dedicated individual with good mechanical experience and love to live life.
Leading up to this career i sailed many miles around south africa, had shares in a 42' Leopard in Seychelles and am a qualified civil engineer.
