Motivated beginner looking for a Novice Crew position (no experience yet)
Hi there!
I'm 21 years old and based in western Germany.
I'm new to sailing and have no experience yet – but I’m very motivated to learn and ready to get involved in any way I can. I'm joining Crewbay to find an opportunity as a Novice Crew member, ideally with someone who’s open to sharing their knowledge.
I'm friendly, reliable, and a fast learner. I enjoy being part of a team and working with my hands.
Please note: I only speak German, but I do understand some English. Communication in English is a bit difficult for me, especially speaking – but I'm doing my best and am always open to learning more.
Looking forward to meeting new people and starting my first sailing adventure!
