Looking for a Competent Crew position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew to gain further experience and for mile building.
I did complete a Competent Crew (five day) course in Moreton Bay in 2015.
I did crew for a mate later in 2015 on a trip that the two of undertook from Manly QLD to the Whitsundays and back again. This was on a 45 foot, steel, cutter rigged yacht. I have also sailed a few times on a Careel 18 including a trip from Grafton to Yamba and return (Clarence River, NSW).
I do have a Recreational Marine Driver Licence, and a Long Range Operator Certificate of Proficiency (LROCP) issued September 2015. I am also scheduled to complete a Crewng and Helming course with the RQYS in April 2025.
