Looking for a 3rd Steward/ess, 2nd Steward/ess or Steward(ess) position
I am Melban Stany Dias. I’ve been working on a cruise for 10 years in the Bar Department, currently working as a Senior Bartender on Celebrity Cruises. I've had an amazing experience working on a cruise, where I learned how to manage large groups of guests, deliver excellent customer service, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. That experience has definitely prepared me for the high standards of hospitality required in the yachting industry. However, I’m excited about transitioning to a yacht because I’m looking for a more intimate setting where I can provide personalized, high-end service to a smaller group of guests. The luxury aspect and the chance to work closely with a tight-knit crew really appeal to me, and I feel my background in cruise service will allow me to adapt quickly and excel in that environment. I’m eager to transition to the yachting industry and start fresh in an entry-level role if given an opportunity.
