Hi! I am an experienced flotilla commander, skipper, and sailing instructor, managing a fleet of up to 25 yachts in synchronized sailing formations. I specialize in flotilla leadership, advanced maneuvers, and skipper training, ensuring safe and well-coordinated sailing experiences.
I hold a Jachtowy Sternik Morski license (equivalent to RYA Yachtmaster Offshore) and a powerboat certification. My key skills include:

⛵ Tunnel Raft – Yachts aligned in two parallel rows, creating a synchronized water tunnel. Used in showcase flotilla maneuvers.
♾️ 69er Raft – A dynamic formation where yachts align bow-to-stern in opposite directions, creating a mirrored effect on the water.
