I specialize in French and Mediterranean cuisine and pastry, with a strong ability to cater to different diets. I am used to fast-paced environments and working closely with a team in limited spaces. Additionally, I have lived on a boat, so I understand the challenges of onboard life and the importance of organization and teamwork.
I have a great capacity for adaptability, I can quickly adjust to any situation while maintaining a high standard of service.
