Looking to join offshore races

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I've been a watch leader on the Clipper Round The World Race, hold a RYA YM Offshore (commercially endorsed), and own a business providing senior leadership development at sea. Very much interested to join fun boats and people for some offshore racing.
