Looking for day or weekend local sailing in the area of Rome.

I recently got my sailing licence and I'm looking for opportunities to build some miles and improve my sailing skills. I'm mostly interested in day or weekend sailing but also helping with small works on the boat would be nice. I'm based in Rome and I would consider any port of departure within few hours by car from Rome.
