Looking for a Competent Crew, Sailing instructor, 1st Mate or Delivery Crew position

Hello! I have MCA/RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and just under 10,000NM of sail experience, and am a RYA Cruising Instructor. I'm looking for roles from January 2025 onwards ideally in the Caribbean to start. I'm looking to gain experience in both paid and unpaid roles as I try to become a professional in the industry.

I am also looking for captain/stew, captain/cook roles along with my partner Ana who has 1 yr in the superyacht industry.
