Currently in the Philippines looking for sailing opportunities
Hello
We are a couple from Denmark. Kamille is 25 years old and Asger is 27 years old.
We are looking for the opportunity to sail around south east Asia some time during the spring of 2025. We are especially interested in sailing Indonesia, but we are open to other opportunities.
Kamille just finished her bachelor degree in Molecular Medicine and Asger finished his master degree in Computer Science. Now we are taking a year off from school/job to travel around the world together.
Kamille has some sailing experience from her time volunteering for "In the same boat" a Norwegian NGO removing plastic waste from the coasts of Norway. She was living on the boat for 4.5 months, but only sailing occasionally in-between the beach cleaning.
Asger has no Salling experience, but he is used to navigating the Danish and Swedish seas in row boat or kayak. Asger is also a enthusiastic DIY guy, and have a lot of technical knowledge from his work as a computer scientist that often comes in handy.
We both love to spend time in nature and like to go hiking and camping. We also like to do watersports such as surfing and rowing. We like to be active and try different sports. Asger likes bouldering and Kamille has played badminton for many years.
We have both played music for many years. Asger plays the bass and saxophone (mostly jazz) and Kamille plays the piano (mostly classical) and have sung in choir.
