Hard Working Chef
I have more than 10 years’ experience in high end restaurants and hotels, in addition to 5 years’ experience as a private chef. I acquired my work experience in many different countries, giving me a varied array of culinary knowledge. I have completed work experience in Thailand, France and the UK, working alongside renowned chefs in the industry. My style of cooking I developed is concentrated on healthy and balanced diets, as well as conscious, sustainable and minimal waste cuisine, that I try to incorporate into both guests and staff menus. I have completed a Nutrition in Culinary practice course in London, allowing me to make well rounded and balanced diets to accommodate all sorts of dietary requirements. In particular, I enjoy cooking vegan and gluten free dishes. I'm organised and easy-going, putting a lot of emphasis on a healthy and active lifestyle.
