Looking for a Deckhand, Villa staff, Cook/Stew or Stew/Deck position
I'm a 28 year old Australian and over the past year I have developed a good understanding and skillset on being a deckhand and what's required to be successful. With 1 years experience in the industry I believe I would be a great addition to any boat looking for someone they can employ long-term and teach the ways that they like things to be done.
The major benefit being not having to go through the initial headache of teaching something that is completely green. I'm motivated, fit, mature and focused on making this a career long-term.
Because of how focused I am on making this a career I am open to low salary offers for a starting time period. I really just want to find a boat that can mentor me.
