Looking for a stewardess position!
My name is Cayla Deloy, and I am 19 years old. After recently graduating, I’ve gained valuable experience working as a sole stewardess and deckhand on one yacht and as a service stewardess on another. These roles have further fueled my passion for the yachting industry and have given me a solid foundation in both hospitality and vessel operations.
Throughout my academic years, I developed a strong sense of curiosity and a desire for new experiences, which I now channel into my work in the yachting world. I’m excited to continue learning and growing in this industry, combining my love for adventure, meeting new people, and exploring the world.
I pride myself on being adaptable, resourceful, and a quick learner, qualities essential in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. My experience has reinforced my ability to stay organized, responsible, and safety-conscious, and I understand the importance of adhering to protocols to ensure the well-being of both guests and colleagues.
Having worked in housekeeping and guest services for several years, I am deeply familiar with the importance of providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and managing the expectations of both guests and crew. My positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to excellence make me confident that I can be a valuable addition to any yacht team. No challenge is too big for me and I am ready to adapt and rise to any occasion.
