Cruising to explore. No goals

Hi, I am looking of the exceptional crew who wants to cruise to explore. Please stop reading if you want to set goals, like cross oceans, sail around worlds, or gotta be somewhere.
The idea on board 'Ya' is to explore the Tuamotus and Australs, stay a bit on an island, see what's up there, checking with the locals, see if we can do a funny project. And as soon as the cyclone season starts, we will be in the Marquises and do the same.
Competent crew is for me someone with a can do attitude and and exploring mentality. You can cook? That is an advantage.
By the way, I am Maritime Officer (All Ships, Worldwide) and I was sailing instructor, so if you want to learn, I am able to teach.
