Capt. & Stew couple - Permanent - Min exp 6 years - Spain
Looking for a calm, mature and experienced captain/stew couple on a Lagoon 77 catamaran. Captain duties will include safety, navigation, deck operations, mechanical maintenance, exterior cleaning, passage planning, as well as administration with ports/marinas, authorities, and shipyards. Technical proficiency and troubleshooting experience are also very important. The ideal candidate would have an extensive amount of maritime experience, training and seafaring knowledge.
Stew duties will include interior cleaning and maintenance, laundry, provisioning and restocking, some cooking, and assisting with exterior cleaning. Experience with lines and fenders on deck is also important. An all-rounder with attention to detail.
Sailing plans are to stay in the Canaries for the winter. Cruising itinerary TBD.
