Experienced Delivery Crew Required
I’ve just begun a boat delivery service for owners not wishing, or unable to skipper their own boats.
I’m looking for crew who have had overnight experience on small to medium (10m — 17m) sailing and power boats.
All crew costs will be covered by the vessel owner/s. This will include airfares, in transit accommodation, food and marina fees.
Additional remuneration may be available for crew who have successfully completed a previous delivery with me.
The delivery skipper is conservative in his approach to sailing and does everything possible to mitigate any risks that can occur in the process of yacht delivery. He takes a triple redundancy approach to sailing and will not accept a delivery without all of the vessel’s safety gear being up to date and serviceable. Safety is by far the most important consideration in a delivery and the skipper will not accept a delivery unless all of the safety requirements are met.
Some of the yacht deliveries will involve overseas travel, so if you want to be considered for these you will need to have a current passport and a zero deportation record from the departure and destination countries.
