Circumnavigate UK for 2 months then to Netherlands for 3 months.

Looking for other crew member(s) to create a fun and memorable experience. Likely need crew for various slots from June - September.
I purchased my Category A 15m dream boat in the UK last year and already put 1000 nm on her. I hope to explore all around the UK and as much as the EU as possible this year before crossing over into the Netherlands (my favorite place on earth so far). I'm a U.S. citizen and licensed 100 ton U.S. coastguard captain.
I'm looking for crew who has a sense of adventure and desire to explore as much as I do. The boat has 3 staterooms. Couples or friends are welcome. I will pay for fuel and operational expenses for the vessel. It would be great if crew could contribute to the cost of marina stays and towards food and help with general cleaning to keep Zeeotter looking her best.
I like quiet time and social time. People say that I really know how to bring the fun but safety is first. It's fun to entertain guests.
I'm usually a light drinker (no boating under the influence) non-smoker. Ideal crew is also. Feel free to ask any questions.
Ideal crew has some experience, is comfortable with line handling, can manage a cleat hitch, adjust fenders in a snap, keep watch if necessary. Experienced in/out of locks, and adapting to various situations on the water. Must also be able to follow instructions and be willing to help capture video content for a small but growing YouTube channel. If you're comfortable on screen even better but certainly not required.
Ideal crew is also great at researching, planning, making arrangements for marina stays etc.
