Experienced sailor

Seriously looking for a talented sailor. Nationality not an issue. Fluent in English a must.
You for will join me (Swedish 69 yrs. with lifetime sailing experience), Marco (Canadian 56 yrs. Yachtmaster certified), and Marcelo (Spanish 53 yrs sailing Chef!) to bring JOYVELA (Hallberg Rassy 48 MkII – 2020) the last 2’000 nm of our entire 18’000 nm trip from Palma de Mallorca to Victoria. Friends will join us on certain legs. Our itinerary is as follows:
Cabo San Luca 15 April to San Diego 21 April
San Diego 26 April to San Fransisco 1 May
San Fransisco 12 May to Victoria BC 25 May
Will pay for flights if voyage completed.
