Chef - Temporary / Seasonal - United Kingdom
We operate on the West coast of Scotland. Our cruises vary from five to ten nights and explore the Scottish Hebrides. There are 48 hours between cruises.
We are looking for chefs to join us for for the 2024 season (relief or the entire season) onboard our three small ships
- St Hilda (6 guests, 2 crew)
- Speideren (8 guests, 3 crew)
- Seahorse (11 guests, 3 crew)
Responsibilities will include:
- preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea
- keeping the galley clean
- provisioning between cruises (48 hours)
Key points:
- on St Hilda you will have some deck work duties such as helping with the anchor windlass and the mooring lines
- on St Hilda you would have to share a cabin with the captain
- you must have food safety and hygiene level 2
- you must have a visa to work in the UK
