Sailing The Grenadines/ Caribbean Windward Islands

I hope you are feeling great .
I am looking for novice or competent crew for a trip, sailing the Grenadines, starting either in St. Lucia or Grenada on a 42 Beneateau mono hull. It will be a recreational trip with 5-7 hours sailing a day.
Everyone will be sailing all positions.
The Grenadines are with the best sailing grounds in the Caribbean, steady 20-27 knots wind, long and rolling waves and extremely beautiful anchorages, leaving time for swimming, exploring , diving etc. . Please google Tobago keys, one of our destinations...
I would like to create a mixed crew in the age range 30- 60 years.
This trip is the perfect step between coastal and blue water sailing.
All costs are shared by all, Boat+ food+gas+ moorings around $1000- 1200, plus flight and a refundable security deposit.
This will be my fourth time sailing this trip, I am very familiar with all ports, anchorages and sailing conditions. Please feel free to ask any questions. I am also looking for crew for future trips.
