Unable to login

Problem detail:
Crewbay says “These credentials do not match our records.” and does not log me in.

Solution:
1. Either your email or your password is incorrect.

2. By clicking the ‘Forgot password’ button we will be able to decipher where the issue lies.

3. Input the email address that is associated with your Crewbay account and press ‘Reset my password’

4a. If it says ‘We can't find a user with that e-mail address.’, this will mean this email is not on our system or has been inactive for over 4 years. In this case go to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Contact’ button and send our support team an email to investigate. Please include the username and email address of your account.

4b. If it says ‘We have email your password reset link’ then your email is on our system and you can now go to your email account, find the email sent from us, and click the link. If for any reason, you can’t see the email, give it another minute or two to come through and also check your junk/spam folder.

The link will take you through to a page on Crewbay which will allow you to reset you password and login.
